Sameer Misra
Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Winner of Top 100 CMOs ICT Award in 2018, Sameer is a specialised marketing & communications professional with more than 2 decade of experience in India & International markets. Before becoming an Entrepreneur in early 2019, he has held senior management leadership positions with Brightstar India (A Softbank & Bharti JV), Ingram Micro, Oman Trading Establishment, DDB Mudra and others. He is an alumni of XIM Bhubaneswar (All India 2nd Rank) as well as has other educational qualification with – PGCBM (MICA), LLB & B.com
Woody Ligget
Woody is a seasoned technology executive with a diverse background spanning computer systems, software development, and venture funding. After earning degrees in multiple disciplines, he began his career selling large-scale computer solutions with Burroughs and Honeywell, later transitioning into software as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for several successful Arizona startups. As a founder and executive, Woody helped launch and grow companies such as an early ERP provider for publishing, IPRO Tech (a pioneer in eDiscovery), and Nth Degree Software, achieving significant profitability and a successful IPO. For the past two decades, he has led Mikitek, a holding company managing and funding innovative tech and media ventures including iStory Media, StoryVid, Auto Dealer Media, and Medicus Network. Woody became CEO of Magical I Am in March 2024 and Magic Reader in February 2025.
